You don't need another glute workout...
You need one that was built for you:
If you've been doing squats for months and you still feel them more in your thighs than anywhere else, give me five minutes.
Because I don't think the problem is you.

I think every workout you've tried was written for somebody else.
A different body.
Different equipment.
A different week.
So let me show you what I do instead.
Maybe this is you right now:
You save a workout.
Then another one.
Squats, lunges, kickbacks, a 30-day challenge.
Your phone is full of them.
You roll out a mat between the couch and the laundry basket, press play, and do your best.

And then what? You feel it in your thighs. Sometimes in your lower back.
Rarely where you wanted.
So you switch to a new video.
New routine, same question: am I even doing this right?
Maybe you've even started to wonder if your body just doesn't respond to this stuff.
It does. It just needs a plan that fits it.
I know that loop. And here's what took me way too long to understand:
Those workouts weren't bad. They just weren't written for you.
A video on YouTube is made once, for millions of people. It can't know anything about the one person doing it.
First, a quick look at what we're actually training.
Your glutes are three muscles, not one.

The big one, gluteus maximus, drives your hips forward, like when you stand up from a squat or lift your hips in a bridge.
The two smaller ones on the side, medius and minimus, move your leg out to the side and keep your pelvis steady when you walk or stand on one leg.
A good plan works all three, on purpose.
And how you do that depends on three things no generic workout can know.
1. What you have. A mat in your living room, a pair of dumbbells, or a full gym.
2. How you move today. Your level, and anything that bothers you. Knees that don't love lunges. A back that complains on deadlifts.
3. Your week. Two sessions of 25 minutes is not the same plan as four sessions of an hour.

Same goal. Three completely different plans.
A generic program picks one of them and hopes it's yours.
And food? Most programs skip it, or hand you a strict diet.
You don't need a diet. You need a rough idea of how much to eat and how much protein, for your height, your weight and your goal.
That's the gap. And that's what I fill.
If you already know you want this, the button is right here. If not, stay with me, because next I'll show you exactly how it works.
So here's what I do instead.
I don't hand you a generic program and hope. I build your plan around you.
It's called The Custom Glute Plan, and it works in three steps.
1
You order.
It's $67 $37, paid once.
2
You answer my questionnaire.
The link arrives by email right after checkout.
It asks about your goal, your experience, where you train, the equipment you have, how many days and minutes you really have, anything that hurts, and how you eat.
Be honest. The more I know, the better your plan.

3
I build your plan.
It lands in your inbox within 72 hours of your answers.
If you add priority delivery at checkout, within 24 hours.
So what's actually in it?

It's yours to keep.
Print it and stick it on the fridge, or open it on your phone between sets.
If you train at home, your plan is built for your living room and what's in it.

If you train at the gym, it's built for the benches, weights and machines you actually have there.

Now, the price. It's $37 instead of the original $67.
And I know what you might be thinking. A custom plan for $37? What's the catch?
Fair question. Monthly online coaching often costs $150 or more, because you're paying for weekly check-ins and messages.
This isn't that. It's one plan, built once, with one free revision.
No app, no subscription, no monthly fee. That's how I can keep it as low as $37.
Maybe Tuesday doesn't work after all. Maybe an exercise just feels wrong.
Reply to the email your plan came with, tell me what's off, and I'll adjust it for free.
“I'm a total beginner. Is this too much for me?”
No. Your plan starts where you are today. If you've never done a hip thrust, the first weeks teach you how.
“I only have 20 minutes.”
Then your sessions fit in 20 minutes. Tell me in the questionnaire and I build around it.
“I don't have any equipment.”
That's fine. Home with no equipment is one of the three setups I build for.
“Is it really custom, or a template with my name on it?”
It's built from your answers. Your equipment, your schedule, your level and anything that bothers you decide which exercises go in, and how much.
“When will I see results?”
Honestly? I can't give you a date, and I won't. It depends on where you start, how you sleep, how you eat and how often you train.
What I can give you is a plan that fits your life, so it's easier to keep showing up.
That's also why you won't see before-and-after photos here. I'm not going to sell you someone else's body as a promise.
“Do I have to count calories?”
No. Your targets are a guide, not a rule.
And if tracking food isn't good for you, tell me in the questionnaire and I'll keep the nutrition part simple, with no numbers at all.
“What if I miss a week?”
Life happens. Pick up where you left off. Your plan is built for real weeks, not perfect ones.
“Is there a subscription?”
No. You pay $37 once.
“Is it for everyone?”
It's for adults 18 and over. If you're pregnant, recovering from an injury or living with a medical condition, check with your doctor before you start.
And if you're looking for a two-week transformation, this isn't it.
Anything else? Write to me at support@small-steps.co.
You can keep saving workouts and hoping the next one is the one.
Or you can tell me about your body, your equipment and your week, and train with a plan that was built for you.
Tap the button, answer my questions, and I'll take it from there.
